The timeline depends on the parties involved. Typically: creation (instant), acceptance (hours-days), funding (instant), delivery (as agreed), and release (instant upon confirmation). Disputes are resolved within 48 hours.

Enpay supports mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, Halotel), bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All funds are held in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) for your convenience.

Yes, you can cancel an escrow any time before it's funded. Once funded, cancellation requires mutual agreement or a dispute resolution process. Funds are always returned to the original payer's wallet.

Your funds are protected with bank-grade security including end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, and secure escrow smart contracts. Funds are held in segregated accounts and can only be released with your explicit confirmation or through our dispute resolution process.

After each completed escrow, both parties can rate each other on communication, quality, delivery time, and professionalism. These ratings build your reputation score, helping others trust you in future transactions. Higher reputation scores unlock higher transaction limits.

If a dispute arises, both parties submit evidence within a 48-hour window. Our team reviews all documentation and makes a binding decision. You can also optionally select a trusted verifier when creating the escrow for additional dispute resolution support.

Log in to your Enpay wallet, click 'Deposit', select your preferred payment method (mobile money, bank transfer, or card), enter the amount, and confirm. Funds are credited to your wallet instantly for mobile money and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

Go to your wallet, click 'Withdraw', enter the amount, and select your withdrawal method. Withdrawals to mobile money are processed instantly. Bank withdrawals take 1-2 business days.

No monthly or maintenance fees. Transaction fees are only applied when you deposit or withdraw funds, and these are standard payment processor fees (typically 1-2%). Escrow creation and management are free.
