• enpay may charge fees for escrow services as disclosed on our platform

5. User Obligations

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Transfer your account to another party without authorization

6. Fees and Payments

enpay charges fees for certain services, including escrow transactions and premium features. All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit to a transaction. By using paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.

7. Disputes and Resolution

In case of a dispute regarding an escrow transaction:

• Either party can open a dispute within the specified timeframe
• Both parties will be required to provide evidence supporting their claim
• enpay will review all documentation and make a binding decision
• Our decision will be final and binding unless otherwise required by law

8. Limitation of Liability

enpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. enpay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless enpay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
